1. This sofa cover applicable to sofa which there is a gap , between seat with backrest and armrest . (Please make sure that your sofa has deep gap to slip the foam bars before purchase . Our sofa cover is not suitable for the sofa with shallow gap )
2. Please measure your sofa include armrest , then choose the size , if you don’t measure it , the sofa cover will be smaller than your sofa .
3. Manual measurement 1-3cm error is allowable , different country have different size , please check it before you buy .
4. Due to the long distance transportation problem , the product will be a little fold , it maybe not so flat as picture , but dose not affect to use .

1. AliExpress Standard Shipping , usually takes about 10 days delivery ( some European countries join in 10-days delivery ) . About 12 days to Brazil . And about 15-40 days to other countries .
2. China Post Registered Air Mail , usually takes 20-65 days .
3. ePacket ( Seller’s Shipping Method ) , usually takes 15-65 days .

Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
